Our molds rangingfrom precision molds to large size molds. Covers the field of outomotive, telecommunication, home appliance & industrial components.(The large size can reach ***0mm and the precision can reach 0.*2mm)

A High quality parts start with a good design, we are confidently that our experienced and talented engineers can provide customers on this.

As our engineer department have over *0 experienced engineers, about *5 of them with the experience over *2years,and 3can directly communicate with customers in English. anything you just give a idear,our engineers can follow it until yousatisfied.

Of couse, design just design, it’s not a high quality part. But don’t worry, our advance facilities can make the good design in reality.

Well then,I will talking about our main equipments.

We have *6 sets CNC machines, *0sets EDM,8sets wire cutting, 2sets 3D measurement, 4sets injection and 2sets grinding machines and so on.

All about these machines, *0% were imported, like Germany’s DMG, Japan’s Makino, Swizerland’s AGIE,and USA’s HASS. All about these machines, the tolerance can reach 0.**2mm.

Except these,our company meets the ISO***1 Quality standard.

And we have *2skilled workes in our Quality check deptment. Strict testing is also makesure for hith quality, quality control is implemented in each step of production.

Such as: -Document and data check; -Design optmize control; -Steel hardness inspection; -Electrodes inspection; Core and Cavity steel dimension inspection; Pre-Assembly inspection; -Trial report and samples inspection; -Pre-shipment final inspection and Mould package inspection.
